We are looking for goal-driven, talented individuals who will play an important role in building up and maintaining customer relationships, as well as seeking out new sales opportunities for our evolving solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire New to Portfolio (NTP) clients through solutions-based approach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Sustain communications and face-time with clients
  • Present the company’s products and solutions to relevant parties
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Provide necessary internal reports to management
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, preferably in the telematics or logistics industry
  • Customer-centric with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Is highly motivated and proactive, as well as possessing a hands-on and independent work ethic
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Computer literate and fluent in English

We are seeking individuals who are experienced in maintaining customer accounts, and are talented at providing excellent customer service. The role will also involve identifying customer needs and recommending them the appropriate solutions. You will be part of a friendly, driven team tasked with managing V3’s growing client base.

Responsibilities
  • Serve customers by providing helpful information for product and services and resolve any problems that may arise
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and cross-selling/upselling of other products/services
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by keeping account information up to date
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select, and explain the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction or adjustment, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Coordinate with offshore team on all customer queries that need to be escalated
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
